NFA Transfers (Effective July 1, 2026)

TRANSFER FEES FOR ALL NFA ITEMS ARE $100 PER ITEM

$40 First time customer setup fee for e-filing form 4. Includes taking fingerprints and photos. This is a ONE-TIME fee.

Transfer fee for each NFA item. NO Transfer fee for any item purchased through CK3 Guns!

NFA transfers (Form 4 submissions) are completed by appointment only. Please call (540) 671-3267 to make an appointment.

You will need to create an account at eforms.atf.gov and bring your username and PIN. The website creates the username for you, it is not something you choose, so be sure to save the automated email containing this information. Cannot process and submit the paperwork without your username and PIN. This step needs to be done before you arrive!

To create an eforms account:

• On your computer, visit https://eforms.atf.gov
• Click the green “Register” button fill out the registration form using your email and phone number.
• At the bottom of the registration page, create a 4 digit PIN and write it down - you will need it in the certification process.
• After creating the account, click on the “My Profile” tab.
• Make note of the username, which is 6 characters of your name then 5 random numbers.
• For example Mr. CK3 Suppressor’s username would be something like CSUPPR12345. Also note that this is different from the email address “username” that you use to log into eforms.

If you already have an eforms account:

• Visit https://eforms.atf.gov and log in.

• If you know your 4-digit PIN, then all good. If not, click on the “Password/PIN/Security” tab and scroll down to “Forgotten PIN”. Follow the instructions to create a new PIN and write it down
